Roles and permissions

In my 'Available Courses' page
I have a list of courses each with course name and a bulleted list of teachers (who are users assigned as teachers for each course).

I want our non-editing teachers to also appear in this list.

Any suggestions how I achieve this in Moodle 1.8.3 ??
