Resource types

I uploaded a couple of PDF files to the server with descriptions of their content. The names of the files and descriptions appear under resources, but when you click on the file to download you get the message "No Input File Specified." I FTPed to the server and see the files on the server (in a directory at the root level), but still cannot download the files.

Any suggestions?
