I've just completed a smooth upgrade to 1.3.1, thanks to the great dev team at moodle.
My question concern the new calendar block :
1/ I don't have access to the calendar settings via the Administration » Configuration » Blocks menu, I only have the option to delete or hide the calendar. But when I go to moodle/calendar/view.php (by typing the line into the address bar) I can access the settings and events.
How do I activate the 'settings' link in the "Administration » Configuration » Blocks " page ?
2/ Is it possible to set up a site wide calendar, i.e. to add the block onto the front page wher I have the course list. I only have the option to add blocks once I'm inside courses, but not on the front page.
I'd appreciate any help;
