Gradebook

We are running Moodle 1.9 with the latest Turnitin module and encounter the following problems:

1. Turnitin assignments do no show in the Moodle gradebook.

2. When students submit a document via Turnitin, they receive an error message, "There was an error processing your request. Please go back or return to the login page."

3.Turnitin assignments cannot be deleted from the Moodle course.

Any suggestions? We have searched the discussion group and the suggested "fixes" do not seem to work.
