Backup and restore

Hi

I am trying to plan a backup strategy for Moodle installation on my windows 2003 server and just wondered if anyone can help with a few basic bits of information.

What exactly is the difference between the course backups and the frontpage backup.?

I currently have sheduled MySql Administrator to run a backup each day, that seems to work fine. I have also sheduled Moodles course backups to run each day as well.

Which brings me back to my first question really, why have a front page backup?

Could someone just list me there backup procedures so I can get a better understanding of Modles backup procedures
