Moodle Video Tutorial: Adding a Glossary

I created a tutorial (from GHOP) on how to add a glossary on Moodle.

I have tried to upload it on Youtube but I cannot convert the swf file to a
format accepted by Youtube (avi, MPEG). Can anyone suggest a free program or method?

Thanks for your video tutorial on how to create a glossary. It's clear and easy to follow, with good explanations. approve

The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to increase the audio volume of your YouTube video, as I found it rather quiet, even at maximum volume.
