Here is the result of a one hour job on a clone of the block_glossary_random block.
It works almost the same except it allowes publishing a known and "picked" entry within an available glossary within the same scope (site, course).
The source glossary can be hidden so that it maight be used as a "content database" for publishing.
Very fast implementation so it might not be fully tested and could be enhanced if needed.
We will push it within plugin base once tested and improved enough.
