Not sure if this is the right place but there's (at least) a variable missing in quiz translation to PT, namely
$string['correctansweris']
that could have the following value:
$string['correctansweris'] = 'Resposta correcta: $a';
No further subject.

On the translation credits page in the docs, you can find who maintains the Pt translation, with e-mail address. It might be a good idea to send the translator a message.

That string is already translated in the current Portuguese language package. Perhaps you're referring to the "Brazilian Portuguese" pack?
