We need a consultant to help us move all of our Japan program courses from Blackboard Basic into Moodle and assist with any technicalities that move may take. All of that program's courses are in Japanese and sometimes it is hard for me as an English-only-person to assist with some of their troubleshooting questions.
We need someone who is preferably in California but remote is acceptable.
