Here is the deal
OS - VISTA
IIS 7
MSSQL 2005 Express (localhost\SQLEXPRESS default port)
PHP 5.2.5.5
Moodle 1.8.3
Tryed both with the php_mssql.dll and php_dblib.dll (5.1 and 5.2)
I keep getting the same message "Database connection failed"
I am going crazy..... I had the same problem in 2003 IIS 6...
Can anyone help... thanks
