I'm a bit of a newbie as far as roles and capabilities are concerned but reading the documentation hasn't yielded an answer so I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction on the following :-
I'd like individual users (probably "teachers") within a course to be able to create course calendar events but not to be able to edit or delete course events other than the ones they had themselves created. I.e. a course calendar event would, in effect, be owned by a particular user.
Currently using 1.8.3 BTW
How many "teachers" would you have for each course? If it's only one, I think you're problem is solved (just have it so students can't add, edit, or delete events). If it's more that one, are you concerned with teacher A changing teacher B's events?
