I'm OK for your German translations. I don't think the module will change a lot from now, unless bug fixing.
The column you mentionned do not tell you how many people has read the bug entry, but how many are watchers on it, so it is an indication of the "poplarity" of the bug. More people are watching this bug, more they are willing it being taken in charge and waiting for status about it. In that sens may this column be useful for you.
I'll check for how to enlarge a bit the title column.
