I am currently working with 1.7.1 and have found myself never using the Topics outline in the middle of the page, i was curious if there was a way to delete this outline. So that I could add something else in its stint?
I also attached a copy of what I thinking of doing. I understand my paint skills aren't the best but I hope you all get the picture.
