Paypal Problem on 1.8.?

Paypal Problem on 1.8.?

Hi

I've managed to get Paypal turned on and I've set the default
cost at '0'

Now when I create a new course,

I have three Enrolment Plugins

Internal Enrolment
System Default (Paypal)
Paypal

Now I select Paypal because I want to charge for this one
but I can't see where to set the course fee on a course-by-course basis

Any ideas?

Regards

Hey.

I've just gone through setup of Paypal... had lots of problems... just not the time to update the forums yet.

Anyway... the reason you can't set a cost is:  Bug in Moodle 1.8.  The course settings will NOT show cost, even if you select "PayPal" as the enrolment plugin for this course... If you currently have Internal as the default system plugin.

So.. go to the Courses/Enrollments settings, and check Paypal as the Default enrolment plugin.

Now... go back to the edit the course, and you should be able to see Paypal as an enrolment type for this course (and it should be the default). Then you should now be able to see the cost under the "Availability" options.

Hope that helps.
