Can anyone help me? I've added 2 on-line assignments and in student view neither of them are editable by the students? Any help would be appreciated.

If anyone is ever interested, when "Meta" course is selected as the type of course then for some reason disables the ability of students to reply to "Assignments". FYI

1. A Meta course is a special "super course" that rather than having students as members, it has other courses. Because of that, students are not able to edit assignments directly in those courses. In your case, you don't want your course to be a meta course, so the fix is simple.
2. On the second issue, your title suggests that this is a problem with IE7. Should we assume that you have tried other browsers, like Firefox or or IE6 and that it does work? Please try those and let us know.
And if it does not work with any browser, let us know the type of assignment (like online, etc.) and also what types of assignments have worked for you.
