blocks inside actual courses...

Gives me this :

When really what I would like to see is my course with side blocks .. like this:
moodleblocks2.jpg

I'm wondering if anyone has a tip as to how to get the blocks to show in that page? There is code to show the blocks.
Do I have to add them in editing mode or something and then the'll be there ? I don't even see that option to add blocks when I'm in editing mode within the course itself.

Please advise.

Hi,
Not sure if I have understood you correctly. I think what you want is to show the course blocks while viewing the webpage resource. If so, you simply need to check the "Show the course blocks" box when editing that resource. No need coding : )
