I want to move the whole Quiz from one course named Theory to another course named Practice.
Is it possible?
If yes then please tell me how can i do this.

Yes, it's as simple as Tim noted 
But..., there is something that you need to be aware of - while importing a quiz into another course, you carry over the whole question bank as well (which might be undesirable in your situation). I posted a question about it in the backup forum, hope to get an answer soon. (Or, maybe I should've posted it here, in the Quiz forum, not sure
