I have a couple of questions. Firstly I have set up the MoodleCron-Setup.exe to run every 20mins and have the course backup in admin set for everyday at 17.00 hours. All seems to work fine. However i have noticed that the backups are dated zips and therefore will continue to be added to the specified directory.
Is there a way of over writting them after a month or a week?
Secondy, I have been reading the backup FAQ but all the tips are based around Linux/Unix. Does anyone have any advice on how to do database/site backups using Windows.
I have MySQL administrator which I can shedule a backup with but how would one also manage these backup sets. And the site files I have the same problem with. Ok its not very hard to copy the site files but having to manage the database backups etc could be difficult.
Are there any automated differential backup solutions for site files and is there a way of overwritting the backbase backups after say a week
