I have found the solution for this problem, but I have wrote it only in the german forum, where I have the same question written.
You must edit the version.php of the book-Modul (go into the local folder ...../htdocs/moodle/mod/book).
Change this
"$module->requires = 2007021505; // Requires this Moodle version"
in
"$module->requires = 2007021503; // Requires this Moodle version"
I have tested and Moodle-System is working.
