The Center for Information Services (CIS) in Bellevue, Washington, provides information technology services to the thirty-four (34) Washington Community and Technical Colleges (WCTC) and the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC). We are deploying this RFP in conjunction with the SBCTC to assess options and to secure solutions in the area of course management.
