Philippe,
The issue you describe is caused by "CamelCase Linking" set to True in the settings of your wiki. The wiki gets confused when the path to an image includes mixed case (eg. Files/MyImages/image.jpg) so it is easier to turn it off. Alternatively, ensure all folder and file names are entirely lower case (!).
