No HTML Editor - 1.8.3

I just installed 1.8.3 on my server and everything seems to be working except the HTMl editor. I set the system wide to use the editor and made sure my personal profile is set to use the editor, but alas, no editor! Only a text box to type in. It seems that alot of ppl are having this same issue? Has there been any resolution found?

Might be something related to the browser.

I cannot see the HTML editor in Konqueror and Opera while there is no problem with Firefox and Internet Explorer.
