I accidentally added the same resource twice to one of my topics. I would like to delete the second (duplicate) resource.
I have clicked the red "X" button which makes the resource disappear, but upon refreshing the page, the resource reappears! I have even tried logging out and logging back in, but the duplicate resource continues to reappear.
I have also tried to clear my cache after deleting the resource, but to no avail. Obviously, I know I can simply "hide" the duplicate resource, but I am CONFOUNDED as to why I can't just delete it.
I am using Firefox 2.0.0.4
Any ideas???

I had a simular problem a few weeks ago, it would let me remove a resource link from the course page but when I tried to delete it in the files area the file just wouldn't go away. The reason behind this I discovered was that the file name contained an apostraphy (') and for some reason Moodle didn't like it so the only way I could delete it completly was to delete the file from the server.
