Hi,
We're looking at using Feedback for our end of term course evaluations. We really like the idea of using hidden feedbacks on the front page, mapping them to the individual courses, and using the feedback block to access them. However, we're very concerned about the performance impact of hundreds of feedbacks on the front page.
Ideally, we would like to place course evaluations in a separate course, with the feedbacks mapped to the individual courses.
Is there some way to make feedback course mapping work from a course other than the front page?
Any ideas appreciated!
Thanks,

Feedback: Mapping feedbacks from a meta course instead of the front page

Ann - It has been a while since I looked at the feedback code so I'm not sure. I would say give it a shot on a test server and see what happens. What version of Moodle are you working with. I know that there have been some changes as work was being done to try to get the code ready for inclusion in Moodle 2.0. Peace - Anthony
p.s. - An explicit example might be helpful so that I can clearly understand what you are hoping or would like to accomplish and why or how that would be useful. I have a vague idea of what you are asking but a more detailed example might clarify things even more.
