When I try to log in to my new moodle site with a non admin user, I get this and no matter what I try, nothing seems to work...

It looks like you are accessing the wrong url. It should be
http://classroom.cherryhillseminary.org/ecampus/index.php
not
http://classroom.cherryhillseminary.org/ecampus/admin/index.php
