Thanks for your reply, but I just realised I made a mistake in my phrasing. Rather than "resource" I meant "activity".
I use lesson back up whenever I can, and I had some code written sothat every time a course is created, it automatically generates a symlink that points to a shared directory for all courses. So I can always get a file a need from anywhere provided I upload it in that shared directory.
My point was, one you've created an activity, like a test for example, (with a title, comment, specific parameters etc.) it would nice to just duplicate it and move it around without having to re-create it through the "add" pull menu.
Maybe this post belongs to the "developpers forum" then?
