Moodle 1.3 is finally done! We've been busy tuning and polishing for a long time but it's now ready for production sites. All users of existing Moodle sites should upgrade.

Without question the two major new features are the cool new calendar and the new custom block capabilities in courses, but there are many other improvements in all areas.
