Captured Graphics

I noticed that several posts in the development forums contain graphics of the posters moodle site, or better yet, graphics of sections of their sites. How do they capture these graphics?

Thanks

Ralph,

The easiest way to do this is to simply hit the Prt Scr key (Windows, forgot what Mac is). This places an image of the entire screen in the clipboard, which can then be pasted into a graphics program for manipulation.  There are also numerous screen capture utilities out there.

Thank you gentlemen. The reason I ask is that I need to create a student manual this summer and I need to include some graphics.

Thanks again!
