Just go into the course you like to "copy".
Select "Restore" from the administrators Block (or change into "backupdata"-directory manually)
Click on "restore" at that file you want to restore (from "backupdata"). if there is no course, you have to make a backup before ("Backup" in the administrators Block).
Click further till you get "Restore in:" and select "New course", make your choices and you soon will have the course-backup restored.
If the backup is already downloaded at your local computer, upload it first in any existing course into the backupdata-directory and start than.
