When over-riding roles for a given context, there often is a long list of capabilities to be selected for setting to Inherit, Allow, Prevent, Prohibit. It often happens that we want to Allow all except one or two capabilities OR Prohibit all except one or two capabilities*. In such cases, it would considerably speed up the process if each column was preceded with a "Check/Uncheck whole column" line. See attached. If you feel this is a good idea, vote for MDL-11408.

*One example is for establishing a New Forum called e.g. "News Forum" for teacher to send out news but whitout allowing students to post new messages or reply. In" News Forum", teacher overrides student roles and wants to check all items in the Prohibit column exceptView discussions.
