It looks to me like there are some additional problems. If you go to your test page and follow the link at the bottom to the SECOND test page, you'll see that the image fall-back mode is not working. It appears that some of the files in your jsMath/fonts directory are empty and others are missing. So perhaps your file corruption problems are more widespread than you thought. Perhaps it would be worth reinstalling jsMath and its fonts.
While it may well be true that Gloabl.js was corrupted, I don't see how this could have been the problem as global mode is disabled in the Moodle filter, and this file will never be used. Perhaps one or more of the other files were also corrupt and you replaced them?
Anyway, if you try to use the image fallback mode, you'll see that you still have more files that need fixing.
