MySQL settings in my.ini en moodle

MySQL settings in my.ini en moodle

Hi,

I've installed moodle on a system that also uses PHP (5.x) and a MySQL (5.0) database.
But there's a difference in required settings in i.e. the my.ini file (settings for the MySQL).

i.e. for moodle I marked out (a #) in my.ini:
sql-mode="STRICT_TYRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"

But not all applications like this setting to be set the way moodle likes this.

Question:

Where, how and what to change/modify in moodle to make it possible to give moodle the settings it wants but also give other applications the setting they want.

Sure there must be somekind of startup (php) page or what ever to make this possible.?

Thanx.

Hans.
