Help! I've created a role using legacy role of course creator, and allowed almost everything except Allowed to do everything and Changed site configuration. The people assigned to this role globally, however, are not able to access user profiles or add discussion topics within courses.
I can't understand this behavior. I have expressly allowed these permissions in the role.
