i cannot figure out how to get to the homework or his notes. PLEASE HELP ME!!

You need to find your school moodle. This site is for development and deployment. I would recommend that you search for your school and the word moodle. Hopefully, you will find the right URL and you can access the site. If that doesn't work, I would email the professor and ask him to give you the right address!
