I have been meaning to develop an end-user FAQ type of glossary but never seem to get around to it. I was hoping maybe this could become a Moodle.org Community project. It would be great for Moodlers to have this resource to use for developing their own End-User FAQs.
Martin, maybe you could add this to the Moodle Glossary list so everyone can add things to it as they come up? E.g., add How To's like "How To Enroll in a Course", etc.; add Support Type Questions like, What if I have forgotten my password?, and even Technical difficulties categories like: Problems Logging In (for example, I had a user who said she couldn't login to the course--turns out she was entering the enrollment key where her password should go).
