Moodle 1.3 Backup and restore problem?

When I backup a file from a server with Moodle 1.2.1  it can not be restore to a server with Moodle 1.3 Beta.wide eyes   I tried it on three different server all with the same result. 

 I the final analysis I  put ver. 1.2 back on the server and restored the backup file OK.  I than upgraded to Moodle 1.3 Beta and everything is OKbig grin

and what is the output you are seeing? Any visible error?

Some of tha files will be welcome (privately) to make some tests.
