You can't. docs.moodle.org is not integrated with moodle in any way. That site just has a theme similar to this one.
Media wiki is designed for hosting huge wikis containing lots if information with lots of powerful tools to manage that, but to administer it well, you have to learn quite a lot.
The wiki in moodle is designed to let teachers easily set up simple activities for their students.
So what is suitable for one situation is not suitable for the other.
