This is my last hope of finding an answer to a problem that has crept into our system due to a new role being assigned to an existing user/s. Below is a link to a post I made in a different forum in pursuit of a solution.
Here is a jist of what we did. Everyone in the system was a student when we decided to upgrade one person to a non-editing teacher at which point our statistics started to go from bad to worse as shown in the image at the link below. We are planning to upgrade a lot of more users from sutdent to teachers and would like to know if there is a best practice? We cannot create a new user as we are using LDAP integration so we wish to have one login. Will we need to delete their past logs?? If this is the case is there a good way to do it as there are so many tables which we will need to delete. I tried deleting in the past but in a couple days the problems would be back..
