General help

I have a student with a disability who can't make it to campus, and I'm having trouble helping her with this particular problem.

She took a 60 question final, and at the very end, just before submitting, she said she got a message that here cookies were not enabled, and that she would have to enable them.

Now she gets a message on the login page that cookies must be enabled, but she's able to login to Blackboard (which to my knowledge also requires cookies) and is confident that the cookies are enabled.

Any suggestions?
