I have found a very good LCMS -- IILearn, IILearn is developed based on Dokeos 1.8, IILearn has all functions of Dokeos and integrate DimDim at the same time.

Hi,

I don't think that it is a very good LCMS. Dokeos organizes the learning activities by types of activities. As far as I know its not possible to show different types of activities in a didactical context.

I agree with Ralf, that a good LMS or LCMS should organize learning not according to tools, but according to tasks, themes, or topics (a didactical context).

There are a few tools that Dokeos has that I would love to see integrated more tightly into Moodle--integrated video conferencing and Dimdim voice recording, for example. No reason not to, Dokeos is open source, so what they develop presumably can be adapted or ported into Moodle open source code.
