Hola a todos, he instalado moodle en Suse 9, con Apache y Mysql. Esta todo muy bien instalado y cuando accedo por konqueror se ve muy bien el sitio, pero cuando accedo por Internet Explorer se ve mal el formato, las tildes son reemplazadas con numèros, las tablas estan todas locas, no se que pasa.
Espero que alguien sepa cual es el problema, muchas gracias.

Hi every body, I installed moodle on Suse 9, but I'have a problem with the format when I am in Intenet Explorer of Windows, the format of the words is wrong, show number, the tables are crazy, I don`t now why?, but in Konkeror every thing is okay. Please somebady helpme.

Maybe your default charset in the apache configuration is on UTF-8. As long as you don't need non-iso-8859-1 characters you can probably put that to iso-8859-1. Try if this solves the problem...
Change in the httpd.conf file (usually at /etc/httpd/conf) the line to
AddDefaultCharset iso-8859-1
and check if it is okay now. You should restart apache after changing the entry.
By the way, if you have virtual hosts on your server this configuration could be overwritten by included configuration files. In this case you would have to check there too.
