Can't backup, I keep getting this error:

PCLZIP_ERR_READ_OPEN_FAIL (-2) : Unable to open archive '/usr/home/bray/moodlescriptdata/temp/backup/1083775003/backup-tv101/4-04-20040505-0836.zip' in wb mode

Any ideas?

I've solved this problem: it seems the program did nbot like me using a "/" in the shortname of the course. Once removed, it backed up fine.
