I created a small extension for Mediawiki, to highlight the Moodle's glossary words in wiki articles. i.e. if you have a Moodle site and a wiki site, you can link Moodle glossary with articles in your wiki. If the words in the wiki article are present in the Moodle glossary, they will be highlighted and show the definition on mouseover. See it at http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:MoodleGlossary
