Is it possible to create a forum that has an anonymous rating system?
Ive created a few forum assignments that rely on a peer rating system. A couple of my students have resorted to peer-intimidation for students who give them a bad rating (via private email 
). From what I can see, forum ratings can be set so that only the author can see her/his rating, but is there a way to make them totally anonymous. Does the upcoming Moodle version (1.3) offer this feature or can someone suggest a work-around?
