Courses and course formats

Hi,

I have a course with some topics. I have some different classes/groups to access these topics. The problem is: I need to separate these topics into groups.

Example:

I have 2 groups

Group A

Group B

I have 10 topics.

I need that the topics from 1 to 5 be access by group A and B, but topics from 6 to 10 be access only by group B, not by group A.

It is possible to make this in moodle?

I try with 2 different course, with a metacourse, but it is very difficult to work on this.

Any idea are welcome
