Sorry, it is not possible to store the Quandary results in Moodle yet.
You may know that I am currently working hard to create the next major version of the HotPot module. It will be more flexible than the current module, and it will be much easier to to create "plugins" to handle different types of quiz, e.g. Quandary.
Next summer (i.e. 2008), I hope to recruit some student programmers participating in Google's "summer of code", to create plugins for several of your favorite quiz types, and you will be pleased to know that Quandary is already on the list.
