Hello

My question:

I have a problem with Russian text. I have version 1.8 and I have installed language packs English and Russian. When my partner in Ukraine try to write with Russian characters there comes only question marks. She can make English text.

can you describe your problem in more details, please? Try to give us enough information to reproduce step by step - especially where, i.e. in which form, your partner tries to insert Russian characters.
IMHO the problem might be in the Russian language support in the computer itself. Is it possible to write in Russian in other browser window or application?
