How can I change the message to new users on the login page?

I changed the message to new users on the right hand of the login page but now I can't seem to find a way to edit it. The default message is below. The basic problem is that by definition if I am logged in as the admin I don't see this page anymore. When I am not logged in I obviously can't edit it.

Hi,

If you are using 1.8.... the main text is here: http://yoursite.co.uk/admin/auth.php

Is this your first time here? can be edited in Site Administration > Language > Language Editing in the moodle.php file. (When logged in as Admin).
