I am on Moodle 1.8, shared hosting on Siteground.
Siteground allows users on shared hosting to put a custom php.ini file in the directories where the user wants.
How do I create a custom php.ini file that I can put in my root directory where moodle resides so that I can override the PHP memory limit of the server?
Is it as simple as creating a empty file called php.ini and inserting some standard lines of code to increase memory?
