Enrolment

Hello all,

I am about to publish a large Moodle-based site. We are intending to offer the teacher privileges as widely as possible among the language teaching world. My question is: how would a site administrator secure the fact that all the willing teacher can get teacher privileges without having have to worry too much about some unwanted people getting them?
